Can I Return or Exchange Merchandise?

LoneStarWesternWear.net will gladly accept your returns for credit within 45 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Boots may be returned only if the soles are unscratched and boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. 

Do I need authorization when returning merchandise to LoneStarWesternWear.net

1. You must first email customerservice@lonestarwesternwear.net or call customer service during business hours 1-800-352-5751 so that we can confirm the purchase of item(s) being returned.  Hours of operation for Customer Service Department are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Central.  Customer service is closed in observance of Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. 

2. Once contact is made, we will then assign a return authorization number for the item(s) being returned.

3. An authorization will then be sent by way of email. We require that you print a copy of the email authorization and include the paperwork inside the package so that your return gets handled and processed in the most efficient manner.

4. LoneStarWesternWear.net is not responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship all ordered merchandise for free if it is valued at $100 or more, but to keep pricing competitive and to avoid charging our customers unnecessary "restock fees", we require that the customer pays all return shipping charges.

5.  LoneStarWesternWear.net strongly recommends that all return shipments be made by UPS, so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.

IMPORTANT

If you are returning an item that was purchased at www.LoneStarWesternWear.net, your credit card will be credited for that purchase only after the merchandise is received and inspected by our Returns Department.

if you are to receive credit back to your credit card, you will be notified by email with confirmation that the item was received in "acceptable" selling condition. Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.  

If the item is not received in selling condition as described under "Can I Return or Exchange Merchandise" (see above), you will be notified by email with an explanation of why a credit back to your card was denied.  Under those circumstances, we will gladly ship back your merchandise after receiving your consent to ship it back at your expense.

Once a return authoriztion has been established, you can then track the status of the return after logging in to your account and and searching for the claim under the "returns" tab .  Also feel free to contact customer service at customerservice@lonestarwesternwear.net.

If you wish to return a gift purchased from LoneStarWesternWear.net by a family member or friend, you may do so by the same process as mentioned in steps 1-5 under "Do I Need Authorization When Returning Merhandise to LoneStarWesternWear.net."  You will simply need to reference the order number to confirm the purchase.  An online store credit will then be issued under your customer profile to be applied to a future purchase only after the merchandise is received and accepted per the return policy as specified above under "Important."

 Can I Return or Exchange Merchandise In A Lone Star Western & Casual Store?

If there is a Lone Star Western & Casual retail store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. However, you must have a printed copy of your order and bring it to the store along with your merchandise. You can find and print a copy of your order from your order history after logging in to your LoneStarWesternWear.net account or print it from your email.   If the merchandise you are returning was purchased as a gift, you must have reference of the order number or a copy of the order.  A store refund to the credit card on which the purchase was made is acceptable within 45 days of the purchase date printed on the original order receipt. Between 45 - 90 days from the time of purchase, customer can only exchange the merchandise for other product in the store or elect to receive in store credit to be used at anytime (in store only).
